Fundraisers: All athletes must participate. All profits go to the team.

| B. |
Injuries: Report all injuries to Coach Summers. If you need to get taped, get to practice early.
|
| C. |
Training Rules: Drinking alcohol, use of drugs and tobacco are forbidden. Failure to comply will result in dismissal from the team. Athletes will use good judgment in the activities they are involved with, outside of track participation.

| D. |
Equipment: Athletes are responsible for all athletic equipment checked out to them.
|
| E. |
Conduct: Your conduct is expected to be exemplary at all times. Your dress, appearance and behavior are important. Don’t do anything that will embarrass yourself, your team or your community. Actions, which disrupt normal school or class activities, will not be tolerated.

| F. |
Uniforms: The Hemet High uniform is to be worn with pride and treated as such. Hand wash or use the delicate mode and hang dry all uniforms to prevent them from shrinking. NEVER IRON AND NEVER USE THE DRYER! Uniforms must be worn at meets and not at practice. All tights under the shorts must be red to be in compliance with CIF relay rules.

Physicals & Insurance: All athletes must be covered by accident insurance that meets the minimum required by the HUSD. See Mr. Anderson, the Athletic Director, for details. Athletes must have a physical and insurance verification form on file with the Athletic Director and Coach Summers before they are allowed to compete.

| H. | Facility: The stadium and track facility must be keep clean to maintain its appearance and to maintain it. Therefore, NO GUM OR SUNFLOWER SEEDS ON THE TRACK OR FIELD. NO DRINK OR FOOD ON THE TRACK OR FIELD. You may eat in the stands. Hemet High stadium is our home we need to keep it clean. Pick up any track and deposit in a trashcan. Don’t assume someone else will do it. Take pride in our facility. |

Spikes: 3/8 inch spikes will be the only spikes allowed on the track. We will have them for sale if you need them. Most other facilities will 3/8 inch spikes.
