Cross Country 2009 Summer Programs
6/22/2009 Cross CountryPlan now for your summer Cross Country training. You should be training on your own now through July 4. Mid-summer practices begin July 6, Mondays to Saturdays, throughout July. Don't forget to bring your completed Clearance Packet.
Remember to sign up for Mammoth Camp (August 3-10). Application and deposit are due Monday, July 13; final payment is due July 30.
Cross Country Awards Banquet - Thursday, December 11
12/11/2008 Cross CountryThe Cross Country 2008 Awards and Potluck will be Thusday evening December 11th from 6:00 - 8:30 in the Dartmouth Middle School Multi-purpose room.
The potluck will be from 6:00 to about 6:45 and the 2008 Season in Review Slide Show will follow. Awards will be presented following the Slide Show.
Bring our table service along with a main dish and either a salad or dessert. Athletes coming alone should bring only one food dish.

CIF-SS Cross Country Prelims - Sat, November 15, 2008

The 2008 CIF Southern Section Cross Country Prelims will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC).
Congratulations to our Hemet Bulldogs Cross Country boys and girls teams who have qualified for the Prelims in Division II!
Yucaipa Invitational - Team Success
10/8/2008 Cross Country (UPDATED: 10/9/2008)Bulldog Cross Country fares well at the Yucaipa Invitational on Saturday, October 4th.
The Varsity girls team placed 3rd with 81 points behind Woodbridge and Valley View. Junior Meredith Beattie led the team, placing 2nd in a time of 19:15 and posting a personal record for the Yucaipa course. Frosh Raven Harrison, who has been having a great season, placed right behind Meredith in 3rd with a time of 19:22. Freshmen Natalie Sanden (22nd, 21:06), Crystal Binnie (24th, 21:15) and Junior Kelsey Johnson (33, 22:01) completed the scoring five.
Bulldog Run - Course Record Falls
9/27/2008 Cross CountryWoodcrest Christian senior Jake Jeanson set a new course record blazing through in 15:08.
Chaparral sophomore Nina Alvarado ran the second fastest time on the course for girls in 17:57 behind Sierra Vega's 17:44 run last year. Nina paced the fastest girl's team of the day. Chaparral had an overall team time of 1:35:01.
Paloma Valley had the fastest boy's team of of the day (1:19:12) just beating out Woodcrest Christian. Woodcrest Christian ended up with the fastest overall program led by strong Junior/Senior boys and girls teams. Their combined team ran 2:57:42, 2 minutes faster than Chaparral's overall time of 2:59:43.
